Recent changes to w32*.c break bootstrapping on MSVC builds:
w32fns.c(8093) : error C2224: left of '.i' must have struct/union type
w32fns.c(8093) : error C2198: 'PostThreadMessageA' : too few arguments for call
through pointer-to-function
