Agreed. But that is irrelevant here. MH-E is not a manual about Emacs.
It is a manual about MH-E. And it is not contained within the Emacs
manual. And we are only talking about fewer than 30 entries in an index
with nearly 2000 entries anyway, so it doesn't bloat the index and most
important, it is useful.
