On the Mac icons, please confirm that FSF has papers from all three
authors: Seiji Zenitani, Takanori Yamamoto and Kentaro Ohkouchi.  I
just heard that FSF copyright administrator received Mr. Ohkouchi's
paper.

Then, please install attached three files (Emacs.icns, document.icns,
Info.plist) to the following places in the emacs source tree.  The
files are also available from http://svn.sourceforge.jp/cgi-bin/
viewcvs.cgi/zenitani/CarbonEmacs/Resources/?root=macwiki#dirlist .

  * Info.plist --> mac/Emacs.app/Contents/
  * Emacs.icns --> mac/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/
  * document.icns --> mac/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/
