Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Start emacs -Q, then do `M-x holidays' which will bring up a list of
holidays.  Then try `M-x list-h<TAB>' and you'll get the error in the
subject.  The backtrace is
