When one starts the GNU Emacs tutorial not knowing how to navigate in
emacs information about how to navigate (starting with "Now type C-v")
appears too far into the buffer. Users using displays that display less
than 47 lines of text at a time will not see how to advance in the
tutorial.

I think the "[Middle of page left blank for didactic purposes. Text
continues below]" section should be removed to remedy this problem.
