Recently, on my Windows Vista machine, connecting to some servers
using rcirc times out. Trying to debug this problem, I looked for a
way to change the timeout limit of rcirc-connect, but to no avail.
rcirc-connect: make client process failed: connection timed out,
:name, irc.quakenet.org, :host, irc.quakenet.org, :service, 6667
Any ideas?
