Input methods are supposed to do that, but you need to know which
method to select.
We could have a new input method that supports all the characters that
can be produced by <Multi_key> sequences, if that's considered
useful. (Assuming we don't already have such an input method; I don't
really know what characters are supported by <Multi_key>.)
