No sources for lisp/international/uni-*.el?

I had already asked the following two years ago (see
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/2009-02/msg00083.html>),
and didn't get an answer then:

Could somebody please explain how this issue is different from the
recent one with the CEDET grammar files?
