BTW, there are ~ 1150 tags in the Emacs repository. 931 of those are "libc-[digits]". Many of these are duplicates; eg there are over 100 libc- tags for r19861 (the vital commit "typos"). All are over 13 years old. Does anyone expect to ever want to use those again; or even know what they are for?
