Right... I more mean, how much work is there to make it usable for a
manual the size of emacs', and also make it look nice and modern?

I have seen some orgmode exports that looked *slick*, I think they were
using orgmode package plus some theming that made it look very nice, but
I'm not sure what it is.  The default orgmode export is not good enough,
I think.

I think there's also value in breaking things up into multiple pages,
so...
