To decide whether a package is "simple" or "multi", the script simply
looks at the number of .el files (and ELPA generally doesn't provide
much support for .el files in sub-directories, so the script only looks
at the number of .el files in the top-level dir).
IOW you need to add
Package-Type: multi
to realgud.el (and bump the release number).
