I get that when using the text from
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/2017-05/msg00543.html as
it seems to have been line wrapped, though the original mail in my
inbox seems to work fine (apart from the etc/NEWS hunk not applying, I
didn't go far back enough for that).
