Is `Hangeul' different from `Hangul' (the Unicode term for Korean)?

People normally write it "Hangul", but when transliterated following
the standard convention it comes out as "Hangeul". "Eu" represents
the vowel in "pull"; "u" is used for the vowel in "food".
