Sorry, forgot this, which is even more annoying. It is the opposite of the
previously described behavior (which also happens).

Overlap two frames with mouse links (e.g. Dired and Info). I can't say why,
or in what circumstances (doesn't seem to depend on which frame has the
focus), but the opposite of the behavior described below can also occur:
mouse over a mouse-face on the frame that is on the top (which is also
normally the frame with the focus) _sends it behind the other_ (or sends the
other forward). When this happens, the frame that was forward, with the
focus, keeps the focus (as seen by the frame title color etc.), even though
it is pushed to the back.

Both of these behaviors are awful. Mouse position over a mouse-face should
not change the stacking order of frames in any way.

Position the two frames so they overlap partially and so that the info frame
is behind (below) the other frame.

Move the mouse pointer over a mouse-face link in the info frame. The info
frame is raised. This is _very_ annoying.
