In general, the Emacs 21 Windows binary I have has pbs raising the wrong
frame to the front at odd moments, one of which (the only one?) is when I do
mouseover.
Perhaps this is just a glitch in the Windows binary I have. If you don't see
this on other Windows binaries, don't worry about it. If the pb exists on
other Windows binaries, you will discover it easily and soon. It happens
very often (and is quite annoying).

Move the mouse pointer over a mouse-face link in the info frame. The
info
frame is raised. This is _very_ annoying.
This does not happen when I try it.
Can anyone else reproduce it?
