I went through the Emacs manual and changed it so that "user option"
refers to faces as well. I don't plan to install this right away,
because it might be better to make a different change. But at least I
saw that this change was not very hard. I think it is also clearer.
Yes, this (using "user option" to refer to both variables and faces)
probably represents the least number of changes.
Reminder: If this policy is changed at some point in the future in favor of
a different term, then the Options menu (with item Save Options) should also
be revisited for the same name change.
