The intent was to catch bugs in undo handling before the release.
Most likely what should happen is that undo that's accumulated from
process's output should be chunked automatically.
That is _exactly_ what is going to happen after the release (with
warning message). Richard asked me to wait with this until after the
release for debugging purposes.
