That is ok.  There are not many of them.  And it might be desirable to
fill according to certain circumstances.

    Since that could include user-defined functions, it would be better if the
    filling were done before adding the doc string as the function, variable,
    etc. property.

That would be much more risk of breaking something, so I must reject
it.
