As written in the second line of that file, its purpose is
to illustrate a number of SCRIPTS; not to teach people how
to say hello in a number of LANGUAGES.  For instance, such a
page as <http://www.elite.net/~runner/jennifers/hello.htm>
is not the purpose of this file.

And, I think that we already have suffcient lines for Latin
scripts and don't need any more.  At least, we don't need
such a line that requires only ISO8859-[123].

But, if someone knows a language that uses Latin script but
ISO8859-[123] are not enough for it, I'd like to add a line
for that language.
