Wait, now I believe I understand.

If you have the line:

* constrain-to-field:                    Fields.              (line  70)


Then clicking (or pressing RET) on `* constrain-to-field:' immediately
gets you to line 70, but pressing RET on `Fields.'  carries you to the
beginning of the node.  Clicking mouse-2 on `Fields.' does nothing for
me.  It does not follow any link.

Is this the same as what you see?
