Each entry in the index has two parts: the symbol name and its node name.  In
Emacs 21 the symbol name part was highlighted.  I suspect that the
highlighting was broken when the variable `Info-file-supports-index-cookies'
was added.  However, I now see that other indices don't highlight the
entries, so it's probably best left as it is.
