$ emacs -q
M-x flyspell-mode
zzz 你好嗎?
OK 你好嗎?
vvv 你好嗎?

Note how when one removes the zzz and vvv, the Chinese is now
considered OK. So we note that there must be at least one English
mistake, whereupon any Chinese in the buffer then becomes considered
misspelled and turns red and gold etc.
