[emacs-wiki-discuss] breadcrumbs?

I'm not sure what to call what I'm after.  My wife the techwriter 
calls them breadcrumbs, so why not :)

What I'm after is similar to what texinfo pages have at the top; a 
way to get to the main index and a way to get back whence I came
(or, more accurately, so those using my wiki don't get lost :)

I assume there's some magic lisp incantation I can place in 
'emacs-wiki-header' somewhere that will do this?

What have others done to solve this problem?
