Hi Sacha!

I just regenerated my site with the latest stable emacs-wiki, and all my
thumbnail images were rendered full size.  I think the logic at the end of
emacs-wiki-markup-link is broken.

I've fixed it in address@hidden/emacs-wiki--gary--1.0, at least as far
as checking that my website looks how it used to again.
