I had a fairly productive coding session today and came across a
slight bug that was introduced by being able to change the
`project-name' for Planner and Journal.  There are cases where if you
change the project name for Planner or Journal after they've
initialized themselves, you'll still have an old entry in
`emacs-wiki-projects'.

My patch fixes that by recording the default value and removing
entries from `emacs-wiki-projects' that match that value at the time
that these entries are updated.

The Journal changes may be retrieved from my "official" Emacs Wiki
archive as patch-4.  My Planner patch may be retrieved from my
*unofficial* Planner branch as patch-5.  It is meant to keep pace with
Sacha's official repository, but not replace it.  Information on
finding my Planner branch follows:
