Aha!  I didn't realize there was a 21.3.2 version of Emacs.  The
problem was that emacs-wiki was using extended character class
regexps, which are not well supported on the 21.3 release of Emacs.
Only CVS Emacs (21.3.50+) really handles them properly.

I had the detection routine set to match versions higher than 21.3.1.
Now I've set it to >= 21.3.50.  patch-23 should fix the problem.
