[emacs-wiki-discuss] Bug fix: Interwiki links and Emacs from CVS

I recently found that interwiki links were not working properly under
the latest version of Emacs from CVS.  I've fixed the problem (to the
best of my knowledge) in emacs-wiki--main--1.0--patch-72.  For more
