howm is similar to PAKRAT, then. It stores one note per file and then
does a lot of searching to tie everything together. Pretty good stuff,
too. As for ECCO: hmmm... our hyperlinks aren't that fine-grained yet.
I wonder if there's an easy way to put that in. planner-id still
requires explicit IDs...
