Do you notice this underline problem happening when you're viewing a
file, publishing, or both?
If it's a display-only problem, I might not be able to fix it in
emacs-wiki. I tried to hack a similar sort of problem today by
merging some changes from Muse (since its coloring code is better),
but ran into all sorts of time-consuming problems.
