[emacs-wiki-discuss] Vertical bar in front of notes

The functions that deal with notes ('planner-XXX-note' where XXX stands for
create/renumber/etc.) place ".#" labels in the first position of a line.

Adding a space in front of such labels lead to the notes being published with a
vertical bar in front of it when using the Muse port of Planner with mwolson's
stylesheets, which is much nicer.
