[emacs-wiki-discuss] muse: bug fix for muse-visit-link-default

muse-visit-link-default doesn't do as it ought to with anchors.  In
the original code, it uses search-foward, but this should be
re-search-forward, and it doesn't search from the beginning of the
buffer.
