This is good for common lisp:  http://gigamonkeys.com/book/

Emacs lisp differs from common lisp in some respects.  There is an
introduction at http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/emacs-lisp-intro/ 

It might actually be installed as an info node in your Emacs too.
