I hope to get a little bit farther with it soon and then i'll repost.
The initial releases, i am sure will be very idiosyncratic to the way
i do GTD but i am sure we could make it flexible enough to handle
different styles.

Please do. Sacha's comments have already made me rethink some ideas i
had about how it would work.

If you are familiar at all with Lisp Elisp is not too difficult. It
works a little differently than the standard Lisp and Scheme
(differences have to do with lexical scope i believe) but most of it
is just learning how to manipulate buffers & files etc; stuff that
would have to be learned for any API set. Myself, i have a lot of
learning to do about such things but i use existing code as examples
and the Elisp info pages.

Thanks for the comments and good luck.
