[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-muse will not publish

I am on XP, emacs-21.3, muse--main--1.0--patch-245 (and then
muse--main--1.0--patch-268), and planner as of 2005.11.17.

Anytime I try to publish (C-c C-p) I can't see any changes in the
emacs window, but the emacs process just goes up 98% CPU and stays
there for as long as 5minutes (before I kill the process). And, of
course, nothing is published.

Any ideas?
