But we don't need all stuff to be loaded at start-up. Actually, I
have a decentralised configuration that allow me to load confifuration
just before the related libs just before the first time needed.
And it's all the idea behind autoloads: identify main entry points to
automaticaly load the needed libraries the first time needed.

I don't see how autoloads are related to a file extension. Can you
explain a bit further, please?
