Yep. There's more. ;^) Here is another patch.
<notes> and <past-notes> don't have end tags.
Text in the Notes section was still being escaped. I removed the
muse-publish-markup-region from planner-publish-notes-section-tag and
that seems to work nicely, but I'm not sure if that's the right thing.
I don't use the <past-note> tag, so I'm not sure if it's working
properly. I tried it and the output doesn't seem to be right.
