Pyblosxom would be an option. Muse already has code that can publish
entries in Pyblosxom form (see the Muse manual for details).
Pyblosxom has quite a few plugins (including some that can turn plain
text into decent HTML) -- it might even have an online editor for
entries, but I haven't checked recently.
