NOTES
This release fixes several [platform-dependent] issues:
* [Mac OS X] flix uses an internal function to compute frame numbers,
rather than the GNU-specific "seq" (P.T. Kornman)
* [vfat filesystems] elaps, epix, and flix copy the input file to a
temporary instead of creating a symbolic link (Jay Belanger, Ben
Tillman)
* [Cygwin] epix and flix put the extension ".exe" on the temporary binary
(Ben Tillman)
* The unit normal to a plane constructed from three "P"s points in the
direction orienting the points counterclockwise (Maik Beckmann)
* The files named Color* can be compiled independently of the rest of ePiX
