[Fhsst-authors] CVS and compiling

hello there,

we are intending to set up an automated compile of the FHSST book on a nightly
basis... but we have had to put this idea to the back of our minds as people are
still continuing to submit latex file to CVS which have blatant errors in them.

could we all please check that the book compiles ok (without errors!) before
committing to CVS please?
