[Fhsst-authors] Annual general meeting

Hi everyone

We need to schedule the annual general meeting (AGM). Its important that 
as many as you
as possible attend. I'd like to propose we have it at:

7pm Tuesday 22nd August

We'll have it on the UCT upper campus, probably in the RW James building 
(Physics) but this we can finalise
later.

I would like to schedule the AGM for one of the 22nd, 23rd or 24th 
August and so if there is any preference for one of those days or 
another time I'd like to accomodate as many people as possible so let me 
know.

The meeting should not be very long and to promote discussion and keep 
us informed I would like to try to organise a speaker from one of the 
other education initiatives in SA that might use our content. Give them 
a chance to tell us about their activities, plans and how successful 
they have been. If anyone has a preference or suggestion please send it 
along as well.
