[Fle3-dev] Vocabulary freeze

I've notified our translators of the upcoming release and promised
them the vocabulary freeze after next Wednesday (5.2.). So if there
are any more changes to be done into the user interface's text
strings, I suggest we do them no later than 5.2. since after that
changes might not make it to the translations.
