I'm working on a GUI for fluidsynth to manage settings, load soundfonts, assign
channels, etc.  It will support saving and loading the settings, font list and
channel assignments to/from "config" files.  Its developed in Java and
integrates with fluidsyth via the TCP command port.  Due to my limited free
time its comming along slowly -- alpha availability might be in another month.
