In configuring Fluid to use 64 MIDI channels, I discovered a slight typo in Fluid's man-page. It says there that '-L' sets the number of MIDI channels on the command line. After a few abortive attempts at getting 64 channels that way, I discovered (using 'fluidsynth --help') that it's actually -K (not -L) to set the number of MIDI channels!
I expect that most other people know that already, but I thought I'd better point it out, just in case...
