on versions until 0.2.x (stable-qt3):
  ~/.qt/qsynthrc

on versions starting from 0.3.1 (unstable-qt4):
  ~/.config/rncbc.org/Qsynth.conf

and yes, this is the file where qsynth channel presets are saved.
