Yes, I'm currently hosting a subversion repository and Trac system on
resonance.org http://fluidsynth.resonance.org. Everyone has read
permission. I would be happy to give anyone write permission that seems
competent in making changes and what not. You and Chris Collins seem
like good candidates. It would make things easier for me as well. Does
this sound good to you guys?

If anyone else is interested in subversion write access, please speak
up. In particular, anyone who had developer access to the old CVS
repository, I would grant permission without question.

I just applied your patch and will check it in shortly, the one which
adds a device setting for the Winmidi driver. I'm also applying all of
Chris Collins changes and the patch by Nicolas Boulicault which adds a
MIDI port name option.

Please let me know if I'm overlooking another important patch. I let
things go for too long without properly tracking submissions. It would
be a lot easier if those submitting changes and what not were to use the
Trac system ;) I seem to remember there were various windows build
related patches, but I'm not finding them at the moment.
