Ok, I'll create an account for you and send the related info.  I just
now realized that the subversion server is not correctly configured (as
in, not working).  It has likely been that way for a while now, which is
a little embarrassing!  I'll send a notice out to the list when things
are back in order.

Indeed I could have done that.  I was in "not enough time, defer till
later" mode.  Unfortunately I just never got around to a lot of those
emails until now.  Seems like an easy enough thing though, to just say
"please create Trac ticket".  Will do that in the future to make things
easier for all of us.
