Hi,

Here comes version 0.2.

Well, I have greatly improved the part "Dirty tricks that might do it", by
finding SAFE ways of using the most selective N-Grams to retrieve a list of
TUs.

So, I'm not even sure my algorithm still deserves to be "dirty", as it's
been seriously optimized :-)))

(Of course, this is not to say we can't improve it).

Please try to debug it.

Unless it's flawed somewhere (readers should be able to tell), I now feel
it's advanced enough to begin coding the data management part of our TM
server.
