[FR-devel] Troubles running FR on Win32

Hi,

> ruby -I. -Iso -Iredist
-rplugins/Debugger/debuggee.rb
> name_of_file_to_debug_here

When I ran it from inside the FR directory it started
ok.

D:\temp\freeride>ruby -I. -Iso -Iredist 
-rplugins/Debugger/debuggee.rb D:\t_\nada.rb
druby://nenhuma-kv232jw:3191,196

>From inside its parent dir:

D:\temp>ruby -I. -Iso -Iredist
-rplugins/Debugger/debuggee.rb D:\t_\nada.rb
ruby: No such file to load --
plugins/Debugger/debuggee.rb (LoadError)

Launching the debugger from a running FR locks FR,
giving it a 
"not responding" status. (it used to crash it right
away)
