[FR-devel] is it possible to have 'load/unload plugin' commands?

I just realized that to test a plugin I 
start/close/restart the whole FR.

I wonder if could be possible to load/unload a single
plugin at runtime from FR itself.

Possibly this can already be done, but I can't see
how, any hint will be appreciated.
