Log message:
Rewrote the "brainwashed by LISP" if in the Animate() subalgorithm.
It's now a bit clearer, fixes a bug, and more closely matches the
documentation and the original imeplementation as proved by unit tests.
A check for a signal flag was wrong, which was the second part of fixing
the unit test. The unit test was signal 0x0c->0x8c . It now passes
(SSCI and FSCI match).
